Community Engagement Associate
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-developing, implementing, and maintaining public outreach and engagement programs for our clients. Duties include writing and design, web-based communications, cartographic displays, customized online surveys, public meeting/hearing planning and implementation including presentations, facilitation, and conflict resolution. This position will report to a CommunityEngagement Lead. In addition to the work products, the successful candidate will establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, communities, target industries, and other Hummingbird employees.

Community Engagement Strategist
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, building, implementing, and monitoring the outreach and engagement strategies for our clients in these industries. Duties include project management, writing and design, data collection and analysis, web-based and digital communications, mapping displays, customized online and print surveys, public meeting planning and implementation, presentation development, meeting facilitation, and conflict resolution. This position will report to the Director of Operations. In addition to the work products, the successful candidate will establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, communities in which we work, target industries we serve, and other Hummingbird employees.
